Dr. Jerry Nwakobi is the Chairman /Chief Executive Officer of Jenesis Colony Limited. He is an accountant by profession and holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy, a post graduate degree in financial management, an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and a doctorate in Property Management and Estate Development. He is also a chartered accountant and a chartered Financial Consultant. Dr. Jerry has worked as a Financial Consultant for large Insurance and Life Underwriters and in other companies at various times. He is the Chairman of Jerico Group of Companies and Board member of several companies. Dr. Jerry is very versatile in global macroeconomic issues, an astute businessman and a philanthropist which has earned him so many awards. He has rendered consultancy services to various businesses in Nigeria. He is married with children.

Mrs. Ifunanya Florence Nwakobi (BA Mass Communication). She is an Executive Director at Jenesis Colony Limited. A wife and mother of three beautiful children. She studied Mass communication at Delta State University, her communication skills and dexterity has contributed immensely to the growth of the company.

Barr. Mrs Chinenye Eze is a holder of L.L.B/B.L from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and Nigerian Law School respectively. Currently she is a company lawyer at Jenesis Colony Ltd, one of the leading Real Estate companies in Nigeria.
She has worked in so many Law firms and companies in Nigeria

Engineer Raph Chukwudi Obiefuna graduated from the University of Nigeria Nsukka with a B. Engineering degree in Civil Engineering as well as an Msc from the University of Lagos in Structural Engineering. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institution of Structural Engineers, Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineers. He has worked variously at Interkel Nigeria Ltd, Iron Products Industry.
He has designed the following structures:
• Design of Shopping Mall at Lekki, Lagos for Status Symbol Fashion Ltd (1200 m2)
• Design and supervision of construction of Terminal building extension at Muritala Muhammed International Airport Ikeja (in Structural steel works).
• Design of Guest House and hostel complex for Benin Integrated produce City.

A graduate of Environmental design from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Arch Nwosu is a highly skilled and dynamic man and widely travelled, with wide experience in architecture and being consulted all over the country, working on the landscape of Lagos.
